Management Team

Teresa Azcona

Economist, with extensive experience in the financial sector where she was partner and CEO of a private equity management company. Since 2016, she has been working in the audiovisual sector. In this field, she has directed the public radio and television corporation of Aragon and, in Spain Film Commission, she has been vice-president and general manager for the Spain Audiovisual Hub Plan.

María Juárez

Cultural manager, programmer, and production and logistics coordinator for film festivals and artistic events. Co-founder and director of the non-competitive festival Directed by Women Spain, with ten years of experience, she has worked on a wide range of festivals and audiovisual events such as Iberseries and Platino Industria, Documenta Madrid, Animario, Alcine–International Film Festival of Alcalá de Henares, Emergente! CineLab, MAFIZ, Torino Film Lab, and Rizoma Festival.
