About Us
We are a strategic alliance that brings together key players in the entire value chain of the audiovisual and entertainment industry operating in the Madrid region. The members are companies, institutions, associations, universities, schools, both public and private, that freely associate to promote the development of the sector in all its aspects
We are creating in Madrid an ecosystem of dynamization of the audiovisual industry with the common goal of promoting innovation and competitiveness of the sector, bringing together existing companies, promoting new initiatives and boosting the positioning in the international audiovisual scene.
What is a cluster?
A cluster is a driver of innovation and brings together organisations that strive to transform things. The objective of each company, entity or institution that joins a cluster is to generate real and sustainable change, starting with themselves.
It is a concept coined by Michael Porter and is defined as a group of interrelated companies and institutions, geographically concentrated, acting in the same business.
It includes:
- Companies in the sector located throughout the value chain.
- Companies producing complementary goods and services.
- Associations.
- Related institutions and organisations: universities, research centres, government agencies.
